Subject	Tips for painting trouble

Message	I decided to repaint my wheels yesterday, so I sanded them, blew them off with compressed air, wiped them with clean paper towels, then wiped them again with rubbing alcohol to get everything off. The rears came out fine, but the fronts fish-eyed. Anybody have a tip for what to use to stop this?
